This is a video of me making a traditional Turkish dish called Manti (pronounced manta).
The recipe I will use in this video is a modified version of the recipe found on this website: http://www.superluminal.com/cookbook/substantial_manti.html

  • It is pronunced Manti not manta (: I sound in the can be hard to pronunce..

  • You need GARLIC in the yogurt!

  • my mum do the best manti . :D

  • i think onions were not minced well.. also you should buy a yoghurt from a market put some garlics in a mortar with a pinch of salt, crush the garlics and add them to the yoghurt.. serve the manti with that yoghurt and add pepper+butter mixture on top of it.. still yours looks yummy too

  • i love mantiiiiiiiiiiiiii !

  • You really need to do it with homemade yogurt. It has a VERY different (and MUCH tastier) flavor than store bought yogurt. + it's so easy to make :P
