Suicaによるチケットレス・グリーン券システム
with Suica/PASMO.
On the suburban trains in Tokyo Area,
the Suica card holder is required to purchase a right of riding Green Car (as 1st. class cabin) in advance with ticket vending machine.
When you sit down on Green Car seat, you touch your Suica card with the panel above your seat for certifying your "right", then the red lamp turns green during your journey.
