i just purchased a seat bottom for my 2003 suburban, the quality is great, color matched perfect and install was quick. I defiantly recommend the seat shop

Very helpful video, but it does not give procedures or tools needed to remove the seal from the vehicle. I did a 2001 Suburban and discovered that there were torx or star nuts up front and torx bolts in the back. You don't need a torx socket for the front. A 15mm deep well socket will work on the torx nuts. I used an external torx socket for the rear, but try regular sockets if you don't have a set of torx sockets.

You need a microphone. Sound sucks. Great instuctional video though.

You are correct, in any of the 2000-2006 Chevy/GM Trucks and SUV's, the external torx are not necessary. A 15 mm socket works for the front 2 nuts, and an 11mm socket works for the rear 2 bolts. That is all we use here at the shop.
