@KillLuminateisGAY Proud that I served, and would do it again, but annoyed that the system could be much better for all that serve. I'm sure you can understand that. The majority of the military struggle to pay their bills every month. Raise their salary and make them tax exempt no matter where they are serving. And get them the hell out of Kunar

Volunteering - Entirely True
Benefits - far better than most private sector jobs
Pay - in a culture where you dont have to pay for housing/food/transportation and when you do get GREAT benefits in education, buying a home and raising a family, im pretty sure you at least broke even.
and my shoes are great, especially since I got to leave my boots in Kunar.

@KillLuminateisGAY Obviously you have never served. Not one statement you made was true. Volunteering partially true, benefits mediocre, and I got payed 1/10th of what I am making as a civilian. And working for burger king is not below me, but unemployment is. Did you get your new shoes?
