HOW TO: While Standing Still tap what ever Direction you want to Gustdash. And your as you are starting to run
very Quickly hit A then Z then the Oppisite Direction your were running (In that order Very Very Fast) If done correctly
The Momentum Originally going to your Running Attack will go into the Slide. and the Only way to Cancel the Running
attack with out stoping you from sliding is a Backwards Grab.

Buttons: Forward (either way) A, Z, Backwards (oppisite Direction)

It is Very Simalar to a WaveDash in the button Speed Sense.

NOTE: The best Characters to use.

FAILURES:
1) Smash attack.. can you spell FAIL
2) just turned Around and grabbed and didn't move FAIL
3) You did it sucessfully but you didn't move because you picked Mr. Game&watch FAIL

ness is the worst, id say he is one of the best + his grab has knock back potential -_-

There is a technique called Short-wave-dashing, it's like your Pivot Grab technique, except it's shorter, and can be mastered with all the characters, and it's a aerial move! This will launch you in the air in a arc position if done correctly, do a Pivot Grab and jump at the right timing, if your opponent(s) is trying to hit you when you trying to pull this off, use a aerial dodge when your character is in mid air, if done perfectly, you'll be sent to the other side of the stage. It's true.
