What book are you refeing to?
-
are you not supposed to extend all the way, tall, at the top and then quickly bring the weight to the other side, the whole time you are bent forwards on the deadlift twist
-
Most of Ross' workouts depend upon how intense you make them. His programming is sick, but he leaves the bar for you to raise.

Good job, I just ordered his books and looking forward to using them:) Hope my energy levels will increase with this kind of work ...

eyes up on the turkish get-ups. besides that keep up the good work!
-
I have to agree with you, I was on the fence and now I'm going to pick one up.
-
What size weights do you use if i may ask?
-
I have to disagree because I actually based some of my decision to buy II on Babbis' videos. I knew beforehand how knowledgeable Ross was, but to see someone in Babbis' condition struggling with these workouts, I have no doubt they will challenge me for a long time to come.
Good work Babbis! I'm a fan of Ross too, they are quite effective. Those turkish get-ups suck the life right out of me, hate doing them, but love the results.

My II book should be arriving in the mail today!
I have to say that I am surprised by how short the workouts seem to be. Not that it doesn't work, I'm just so used to being in the gym for over an hour a day. But I certainly can't be critical, considering you and Ross are in MUCH better condition than I!

Whenever you do Turkish get-ups, watch the dumbbell the whole time. It helps with balance.
