Wow, thank you very much for posting this video. It really opened my mind as to how our body works and this doesn't just relate to food it is also our behavior and the things we want to do, what motivates us and the actions we take. That was priceless thank you again!

I loved your video :) I'm started to eat more intuitively and its been working out so far. Like you said, alot better than before when I thought I was eating the right way. I just started a fitness journey with the INSANITY workout program. Feel free to watch my videos :-) Thanks

Great video, very interesting, and informative - particularly in regards to your daughter's situation. Awesome.

Thanks for doing this video. I'm going to just eat what relaxes me and makes me feel good. No more worrying about what's "healthy". I tried the whole OJ with gelatin thing, but it seems to just make me bloated and irritated. Ice cream, however, makes me feel good and relaxes me. A good steak relakes me. An ice cold Pepsi makes me feel good. So fuck it, I'm gonna give my body what it wants as long as I feel good. Thanks Matt.

If you don't eat, starve.

I wish I intuitively didn't crave bologna sandwiches milk and capri sun when I was growing up lol. I got larger as the years went by and didn't understand it. "you'll grow out of it" The white bread (speculative, non specific) was ruining my digestive system, then i became lactose intolerant because of that, then I constantly had bowel issues because of that, meanwhile soybean oil etc...slowing down my thyroid. Couple that with blood sugar issues, not a lot of physical activity I was always SICK
I think many of us come into the world in a hyperinflammatory state. While it's easy to blame the food, often craving those foods (fat, sugar, salt) is totally intuitive, and eating other foods may have even been more anti-thyroid and detrimental. We just never know. It all makes for interesting discussion.
