A Fine Media Man Reduced To Political Lies ! 2 of 2

The once darling of the Blue Rinse set, Ray Martin's departure can not come quick enough from the one time Australian Media Colossus that was The Nine Network Australia, with The Seven Network now this countries undisputed ratings leader { for better or worse } Martin will soon join a long list to desert the sinking ship SS {or Stuffed & Stupid} Willoughby. Morale at Nine has never been lower, with petty disputes & bickering etc. I could go on with the negative comments about Nine, but I would be only telling those interested things they already know, but I will persist ! Kerry Francis Bullmore Packer would not have let this crazy situation happen at Nine, that we all can agree on.
As shown & by definition proven by these News & Current Affairs grabs, Martin is clearly at odds with the Political Hit Man at Nine, Laurie Oakes & a myriad of other commentators, not to mention The National Press Club it's self, Oakes might be upset with The NCP & I can understand his point of view, but I do not agree with it, as most Nine people still think with an arrogance that can fester like a cancer within an organisation that assumes number one status by right, instead of the need to actually out rate & out think their opposition. Nine staff still are deluded they are top dog & that other dog, "The Black Dog" often fills their minds to create the deep depression & low morale that permeates Nine when the truth really sets in.

Martin attempted to blatantly & deliberately influence The Electors of Australia with his comments that The Liberal Party Of Australia in cahoots with The NPC pulled the feed on their Worm ! Shame is now tattooed on this once respected First Officer at SS Willoughby.

As a fair man & still having a lingering respect for Ray Martin I thought one should give this fellow a chance to apologise for his scandalous behaviour, it now pains me to say he could not bring himself to come clean over his attempted manipulation of the media in this country, one wonders how on earth he thought he could get away with it ?

One thing we need in a democratic nation like Australia is the need for free speech. I recently revisited a very thought provoking piece from Sky News Australia on Press Freedom, an address by the much respected Geoffrey Robertson QC - Very interesting for both supporters of Nine & myself.
During the last day or so as part of my fairness to Nine I have been e-mailing & asking a few Nine Staffers about the idea of the people of Australia & indeed the world contacting them directly to voice their views upon them. Something Ray & his buddies would love to see, as it's all about Freedom Of Speech, is it not Ray ? There has been neither oral nor written objection to this innovative idea, so it gives me much pleasure & indeed sadness to launch : NINE DIRECT Avoid the red tape that is SS Willoughby's Switch Bitches !

Channel 9's poor efforts at generating some cheap & free media coverage. Little wonder they are losing out to 7 in a big way. 7's efforts in supporting kevin 07 are a little more subtle as per thair efforts on sunrise with "07" in red symbol.

In closing I must say my biting comments directed at Channel Nine were very painful for me to do, as I do have a certain respect for a long list of former & current employees of that organisation, it is so very sad that they are self imploding, sort of reminds me of the last days of Imperial Rome, the decadence, corruption & greed that led to The fall of Rome is mirrored somewhat by the impending fall of Nine. Nine are in desperate need of a strong Caesar. - SPQR - Big Don ! Lol.
