The Z-Plug is the first and only stand-on, zero-turn aerator. Its revolutionary design addresses the slow and labor intensive job of aeration.

Powered by a 19 hp Kawasaki with ground speeds up to 8 M.P.H., the Z-Plug can cover 60,000 to 80,000 square feet per hour and produce 2 to 3-1/2” core depth. The full floating tine head can maneuver around trees and beds while engaged. A 2000 lbs. hydraulic lift picks the tine head up in 2.0 seconds. Swivel and pin attach points make removing and mounting attachments quick and easy. This also allows for 30 degrees of pivot left to right for steering in the down position, excellent for tree rings and wavey beds.

  • Great for large commercial work. However for smaller residential lawns can be difficult. All around awesome machine though. Cuts your time in half...I LOVE IT.

  • Pulls great plugs on most lawns, makes quick work of large yards and just makes people happy.. Makes me happy too... The efficiency of this unit allows me to charge half or a third of other companies which in turn makes me busy in spring in fall. This thing is a hole punching beast!

  • I've got the smaller one and it's a money maker. This machine is Pure AWESOME! Andrew (guy in vid) came out and demoed one at our house and is a real stand up guy. He meet us at the Cents show in Columbus and we took our unit home me still fighting my dad on spending $7 large on it.. 3 years later, after it payed for it's self the first season, my dad gave it to me will the list of customers and damn, am I glad he got it now.

  • @tritonvee10 man...we aerate thousands of lawns with one of these. no casualties ..stop hatin.

  • nothing, the z plug is great, i use it for my company. Just go up and down hills. It's great for large properties.

  • you go up and down hills, you dont go side to side

  • Would this aerator be as dangerous as the previous poster implied? What if the intended use is primarily on flat land only? What other commercial units are comparable to the z-plug? Thank you.

  • Tripod of death, lets see that beast on a hill for more than 10 seconds. Is a roll bar an option and does it include a free emergency room pass? Id rather microwave gunpowder in my wooden kitchen than ride the tripod of death. I must say, the plow blade looks interesting if not for the stupid wheel in front of the blade. Stupid wheels, you need tank treads next to further compact the lawns. Did DR Kevorkian design it or a mad-scientist that hated having his lawn aerated too slowly.
