Gov. Quinn is legislating Illinois's 21st century entrepreneurs out of work. When he signed the Affiliate Nexus Law he hurt Illinoisans that were making a living from being an affiliate marketer.
In this video, Emily Dietrich of the Illinois Policy Institute interviews two entrepreneurs from Rock Island, Illinois - Jonathan Wallace and Mike Martin. Overnight, Wallace and Martin were hurt by the Affiliate Nexus Law.
