I agree that Facebook and Twitter are phasing out email....ALOT of people are now checking these sites first as opposed to email, plus FB comes with an inbox, that i know myself, use more than my email account.

I've never been one to keep a good address book so if I need to communicate with a bunch of people at once facebook makes it a lot easier for me. I used it just the other day for that purpose.
