Located in a small village in Hungary, I had the pleasure of spending time with a family celebrating the holidays. The tradition starts at 6:00 a.m. by killing a pig (in our case two), cleaning, butchering, and then the making of 3 kinds of sausage. Absolutely nothing goes to waste. This is the first time I've ever done anything like this. The family was kind enough to allow me to be involved in the whole process.
