Today's Special Intro

This is the intro for the children's show, Today's Special.

Apparently, it aired in Canada from 1981-1987, but I use to watch re-runs of it on PBS in the USA, from the late 80's, to probably the early 90's.

I used to love this show as a kid. I grew up on Lake Huron in Michigan, about an hour north of Detroit so I got to watch Canadian channels. I would watch this on TVO and Mr. Dressup on CBC

It's funny how many of the shows I grew up with were on the Canadian channels. Had no idea back then, of course. Seems like a lot of Michigan folks grew up with the same.

No kid in this generation would understand anything of the 80s, unfortunately. I'm 34 and loved this and Mr. Dressup. Not to mention TvO (tvontario) had the Polka Dot Door. The 80s was the best decade of all existence!
