1. the only reason the bible exists is because adam messed up.
2. why we read the bible? to fellowship with God.
3. to enter the kingdom of heaven you must accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior.. once you have made this commitment, you allow the holy spirit to dwell in you and become a born again Christian with the nature of God.

"Quote 'wars'." Why the quotes? Weren't they real wars?
"I don't believe that God is a god that believes in lots of war, although if you read the Old Testament you see lots of blood and killing and stuff..." Nice example of cognitive dissonance. He's uncomfortable with the bible describing god's involvement in and condoning of "killing and stuff", but he has to sweep that under the rug to maintain the belief that his god is all-good and all-loving.
