Raw Video: Officers Charged Over Arrest on Video

Two Beaumont, Texas police officers have been indicted of official oppression. Police have released video of the arrest that lead to the charges. (Sept. 1)

No reason for those baton strikes. You have plenty of officers there that if the guy is resisting, you could have just taken him to the ground and cuffed him. It's that simple. You just opened yourself for unemployment, a lawsuit, and jail time. All because you got mad and stopped thinking. I have no pity for those officers.

I think its wrong that the officer decided to strike the other guy repeatly, whats he going to do run away? there are like 8-10 police there as well. I'd understand if he want the only polimen there, but what he did was unnessicary

I just saw the guy who was arresting the big guy the other day. No joke...

My bf and I was at the police station so he could give money to his sister. I stayed in the car, and the guy center screen at 0:34 pulls in speeding and almost hits the car in front of me. Slams on the breaks and speeds back into the parking spot and hits the curb. When he got out I thought it was funny because his hair was slicked back, he had a mini mnt.dew and was strutting his lard like he was something. He is a joke!

@ghostrid3 Cops oppress more than minorities.... Anyone not a cop is subject to this in this country. They can do whatever they like because they are supreme. They kill mothers in airports and even kids in malls for just thinking they are a suspect. They even beat down old women and guys in wheelchairs. The fuckers will shoot your dog for wagging its tail. The problem is the runt cops. When they started hiring women they also started hiring runts. Runts just do not get the respect that big men do. Some of the runts react with anger; they incorrectly expect a uniform to be the same as size. Nope. Never has been, never will be.
