Harel Skaat (Hebrew: הראל סקעת, born 8 August 1981) is an Israeli singer and songwriter. He represented Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with the song "Milim" ("מילים", "Words"). Skaat has been singing and performing in public since he was a child. At the age of six, he won a children's song festival competition.

Harel Skaat (en hebreo: הראל סקעת), (Kfar Saba, 8 de agosto de 1981) es un cantante israelí que se hizo famoso luego de quedar segundo en la segunda temporada de Kojav Nolad ("Nace una estrella") en 2004. En 2010 fue el representante de Israel en el Festival de Eurovisión con la canción Millim, quedando en el 14º puesto a pesar de que las encuestas le daban como uno de los favoritos.
