The Hylian Phoenix . The Darkness Trailer

The darkness is stretching out over Hyrule. Will there be a hero to save it?

This is my newest game, called The Hylian Phoenix.
The game will be huge, with epic boss battles, awesome music and neat mapdesigns.

Along with that, expect long sidequests, some which could actually be made into a game of their own, fun minigames, dungeons to explore, along with a GIGNORMOUS overworld.
There's something for everyone in this game... an epic an very interesting storyline, with memorable characters and enemies, along with a fair share of twists and turns.
You never know who might die next...

This is a Zelda game like none other.
I'm not scared to let you see a little girl lying in a pool of her own blood, with no life left in her cold little body.
It'll be a little gory at times... and the story is very mature, for a Zelda, but that's what I'm trying to do here, at least.

@Audeame Oh yeah, I'm actually working on a new, more mature Link sprite at the moment. The one you saw in the trailer was never going to be the final one :)

I hope do be done around 2010, but it might take a little longer, sadly. I'll do my best to work quickly though, but I want this to have some quality, which takes time to make.

This looks interesting and a cool option. I will look forward to this, and yeah make it as gory as you want but here´s hoping you also make it Zelda-ish; with dungeons, special items, bosses and stuff.
