@GrandFunker bush lost 2.1 million jobs in 6 months-it took obama 2 and half years to hit that number- bush squandered the only surplus in 35 years- bush had two unpaid for wars and lowered taxes which economists said was economic suicide(including conservative economists) Bush spent more money than any president until obama took office- and most of obamas spending was continuing the bailouts and stimilus spending in an attempt to prevent a depression-clinton and bush sold us out thru nafta etc

@GrandFunker deregulation caused the economic crisis-the housing bubble- watch the movie- inside job- clinton was part of the problem as well though he left us a surplus and the best job growth in 50 years- bushs two unpaid for wars- by the way first time in us history taxes went down during war with disastrous results- spending by bush was a record until obama -tax revenue decline indeed causes deficits- so said the gang of six- bipartisan repubs and dem report and the cbo report-

@salvadory How did Bush lose anything? The economic collapse was triggered by two things. Neither one was Bush. In fact he capaigned on fixing one of the two problems. Do some reserach, then come back and tell me what those two things wre, and who was responsible. Tax cuts do not create defucuts. Spending does.

@GrandFunker really -dems pray for palin or bachmann to run- ps bush lost 2.1 million jobs in his last 6 months 780,000 in one month alone- bush tax cuts have resulted in a net loss of well over 4 million jobs when you count the 2.3 million lost under obama-the two wars cost us over a trillion - the tax cuts have increased the deficit and have not created jobs- under clinton we saw the greatest economic growth in 50 years with higher taxes- under the tax cuts wealth went upward only
