@kalso12 Jim Everett (this guy) is a retired NFL quarterback. Chris Evert is a former female tennis player. Jim Rome kept repeatedly referring to Jim Everett as "Chris" behind his back, implying he's a girl because he would shy away from getting hit.

wtf it's not staged you moron. Jim Rome was calling him that for years and after Everett struck him he was then escorted out of the building by security and arrested by police(but Rome chose not to press charges)

This is moronic on so many levels:
A) Totally staged --I thought so when I first saw it, and never changed my mind
B) it's Chris (or Chrissy) Evert - totally different name and pronunciation, not Everett
C) Lame insult, if you want to call it that
D) Why did people buy into that, and Rome's hype(actually, he isn't a terrible interviewer, if you ignore his posturing)
