Ok, with that out of the way... A GOOD psychiatrist doesn't tell you exactly what to do because that isn't how to fix a problem. He helps you work through the problem and gives suggestions on what you COULD do. On the other hand, an auditor sits there with a crude lie detector and judges how well you are telling the truth, then hands you a few orders that might or might not work, because they didn't really dig deep. Audit = Fail.
