The TV campaign is part of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs "Act on CO2" initiative and follows the launch of a £1bn government scheme last week (17th September 2008)to help consumers cut heating bills.

there are always two big corporate or industries that are pushing against each other. One- the oil companies that wish to label CO2 as environmentally friendly. This view was highly advertised during 2006. These people are the main ones losing money to CO2 taxing and so on.

While the other side is also ridiculously funded, but is for limiting carbon and will tax those same oil companies and emitters. Either way, you will pay so there is no reason at all to b and moan like alphaorgman

Yea the CO2 bullshit aint working so lets blame it on Methane. Fuck im not going to stop eating meat . I hear you fucking veggies fart more than us meat eaters so if anything its your fault. One of the biggest bullshits is energy saving light bulbs !! They take 6 times the energy to dispose of than ordinary bulbs so make a saving of nothing in the long run.
