He is no more a criminal than Ted Kennedy is a murderer, Robert Byrd a racist Klansman, Barbara Lee a Black Panther, Alcee Hastings - an impeached judge who took Bribes, Charles Rangel, who as head of the Ways & Means, evaded taxes, and the list goes on.
