For the record...Abu Dhabi, is indeed bailing Dubai out... but thats kinda the same as your parents bailing you out of your own credit card debt. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are in one country...same family :-)

No question Dubai's economy is right now going through a bad spell, but there are a few things I would notice about this video.
Firstly it fails to mention the downturn in Dubai is due to a GLOBAL financial crisis that started in the US, not in the Middle East and that has affected virtually EVERY major and minor economy in the world. Dubai is not alone in its difficulties.
Second, this video seems to be gloating over the economic problems of a country, which is distasteful by any account.
