Make sure you read the info on the site, what i can say is i have registed with Telephone Preference Service
about 2 years ago and within 6 months i found it had cut down the amount of unsolicited sales, marketing calls and Silent Calls
by around 25%+. To me that is a lot.
So check them 2 sites out and see if they can help you
As far as i know this is for the uk only.
