Hi, very easily....it took 2 days to get her to understand what she needed to do. She loves sunflower seed and will do almost anything to get one so I use these as her treats. I passed her each cup and guided her to put them in. Every time we got one in I gave her a seed. After 2 days of this she started doing it without me guiding her. She is learning to fetch a ball at the moment. Good luck! It is very good to interact with these birds this way because they are so smart.
