The two-channel video sets side by side the ominous image of an ambulance approaching the viewer in slow-motion in a com¬monplace and deserted urban setting and the image of the artist performing a circular dance with a meditative expression in a middle of a barren field. She is constantly accompanied by a troubling vocal music suggesting the sound of the ambulance buzzer. The synchronization in negative of the two actions in relation with the viewer highlights the presentiment of fatality and increases tension in the expectancy of the spectator waiting for something to occur. The contrasting relation between the above-described scraps of narratives expresses existential anguish of being trapped in a life with no future, an inescapable and perpetual "in-between".
The dance can be understood either as a sublime and absolute affirmation of life in front of imminent personal death and loss, be it symbolic or real, or as expression of disinterested beauty, meant to counter a meaningless and absurd existence. [Cristian Nae]

La vidéo à deux-chaînes place une a côte de l'autre l'image inquiétante d'une ambulance qui approche le spectateur dans une ralenti, dans un « commonplace » et un environnement urbain abandonné et l'image de l'artiste exécutant une danse circulaire avec une expression méditative à un milieu d'un champ aride. Elle est constamment accompagnée d'une musique vocale troublante qui suggère la sirène d'ambulance. La synchronisation dans le négatif des deux actions en relation avec le spectateur accentue le pressentiment de la fatalité et augmente la tension dans l'expectative du spectateur qui attend que quelque chose arrive. La relation contrastante entre les fragments décrits ci-dessus exprime l'angoisse existentielle de l'emprisonnement dans une vie sans aucun avenir, un inévitable et perpétuel « entre » [« intermédiaire »].
La danse peut être comprise comme une affirmation sublime et absolue de la vie devant la mort et la perte personnelles imminentes, que ce soit symbolique ou vrai, ou comme expression de beauté désintéressée, censée pour parer une existence sans signification et absurde. [Cristian Nae]
