Wow, what a depressing video...just concentrating on the bad stuff..There is bad stuff EVERYWHERE! I did not grow up here. I grew up in Ky. and I would not want to live anywhere else but in Glouster. I raised 3 fine sons here who all turned out just fine. We may be poor here, but a good education can be had here, if you want it. Now my grandchildren are growing up here and I wouldn't want it any other way. There are plenty of good things for kids to do here, if they just look.

I go to trimble school. We are getting our indicators done and getting more grades thats better than we have before. Every school is getting the same education.If people in glouster town choose to do drugs that is their choice that is their mistake. But some people make big improvements and go on to be successful in many ways.

the biggest problem with this place to many ppl trying to be the leader ppl that are on council stilling the money the former Mayer not letting anyone start a logical business..cops dealing in drugs them selves.AND THERE IS NOTHING FOR KIDS TO DO UNLESS ITS PLAY FOOTBALL FOR THE SCHOOL.

Respond to this video... I had nothing to do with this video. I made a comment to help Glouster and I will always stand behind the youth here. I can't help it if Glouster has a drug problem or that more than one teacher has had sexual relations with students. I know that if that happened to one of my kids, I'd not be running for Mayor, I'd kill the bastard !!!!!!

@mattison1526 I posted that 3 years ago smart ass. And when I ran for Mayor I lost by less than 100 votes. I have started 2 youth groups in Glouster and helped out with Roadmap 2005 to help students go to college.

I now have the most watched show on ACTV23 in Athens called "Community Corner with Big Jim". I go around the community and help the less fortunate get the help they need. I have also started 2 youth groups in Glouster. You just made an ass of yourself. Know Your Role and Shut Your Hole

I think its how you raise your children. you shouldn't even be allowed to run for mayor. sitting on your ass your whole life shouldn't qualify you to beable to run for mayor anyway. trying working a real paying job for once.

Portrays Glouster and Trimble in a bad way. Drugs and fights are a choice. Kids don't have to act that way. Leaving won't help the situation. The honorable thing that I think more people need to do is stay. Do things to improve your way of life and help your community. This video just encourages young people to turn their backs on their history and communities. Just be yourself and be proud.

it's one of the biggest money makers in Glouster.

and what's really sad is he's not allowed to rebuild it because it's in a flood zone.

so once it falls in, it's done.

and his son Ronch has done nothing except work there, so what's he going to do when he needs to get another garage because of it?

ALL of my family lives there and i go there twice a week.

i will agree. Glouster isn't as bad as every makes it to be.

yeah sure, A LOT of people are on drugs, my aunt included, but not everyone is.

and my mom Kim Sikorski graduated from there 2nd in her class. She had Straight A's.

so no one should say the school is bad with academics.

and my family there NOW are getting great grades.
