as a banked track skater in NJ I can tell you that it's tough. but if you have skated a few years of flat track roller derby, banked track is not too bad. as long as you have good trainers.

Sorry dude. This was in 1985. Had problems digitizing the file. I plan to digitize it again once I get a newer machine so that this can be in color.
