Your killing the pot because your using a sub 1 watt pot... i highly reccoment investing in a 1 watt or above pot... I have two types of pot... one is a 0.5 watt on a bored with about 700 ohm base resisters... and two dual channel 20K pots...
Now on my 20K pots as i said it's dual channel so i've joined the two channels together in paralel so now it's a 10K 0.5 watt pot...
Thanks, comworrior.
My pots are 0.25W or 0.5W type which are not enough to control this circuit as you said ...
So I'm going to buy new "1W" 1Kohm Pots.
That's highest watts I can find in Webshops in Japan -_-;
I will upload new video after getting the new pots !

their are diferent types of pots, ceramic, carbon and wire wound to name just a few...
I not sure where you from but UK suppliars have pots going upto 5 watts that i know of... their more expensive mind...
Dual channel pots are two pots in one connected on the same shaft... so theirs 6 pins not 3...
Hope that helps... questions, fire away

Thank you comwarrior to give me comments again ^-^
Pots have different watt ? Oh yes, i saw like "0.5W" when buying pod or resistor.
"Above than 1 watt" seems to mean like 1.5 watt, 2.0 watt in my mind.
"Dual channel pot" ???
Many questions hit me...
Please give me more time to learn & examine ^-^;
