I'm not a very good squatter and there's no point hiding it... I need to stay more upright with straps up... Could be possible that it's not enough weight to get me below parallel.
@macmadnz G'day, cheers for the tip... I've been playing around with the belt positioning for a while, but you're right, it needs to be higher. And yeah lol, I knew the 220's were high, just trying to get used to the straps up. Cheers.
try moving the belt up so the front of the belt is around the Titan Logo, or at least the IPF logo. The depth was fine on everything up to the 200 sets.
@Snowdaddypower Hey thanks, mate. I'll be widening my stance next week. And you're right with it being loose on the hips, I'm using a suit that's for a 275 competitor... I took the straps up though. As I get stronger, I will get a tighter suit. Cheers again.
Not too shabby. A couple of things; Try standing a bit wider. Once you try it you'll see what I'm talking about. Also, your suit could be a bit tighter through the hips. Other that that, great effort!!!
