@maryellen728 There is good news and bad news. The current government in washington is the perfect setup to clean out some of these dated "rights". Action must be taken now while we have a democratic controlled congress and a democratic president. Obama and Polosi and Reid will go for the removal of amend. 1 and 2, but they need public support to shore them up. republicraps will never allow it if they hold majority again because the 1st amendment is the fuel of talk radio and Faux News.
