Hi my name is Brittani and I am 16. This is a song I wrote and copyrighted called He just wants to be loved.

Verse 1:
He tries to be strong yet he feels so helpless.
The silence is too much, the voices grow too loud.
There seems to be no peace only restlessness.
So many questions but no answers are found.

Pre-Chorus:
He just wants to be loved.
He needs to know he's good enough.

Chorus:
Can't you see he just needs you to be there.
His only desire is to know you really care.
A child needs a Father's reaffirming words
To know their purpose and their worth.

Verse 2:
He hides behind anger to prevent a broken heart.
But you don't see him when he's alone and afraid.
He's looking for your love but it seems so far.
He keeps waiting for you to come his way.

Bridge:
He hasn't lost hope in you
Even after all he's gone through.
He just wants to hear you say you love him.
He just needs to know you want him.
