@OkurkaBinLadin These are actors. They are probably not related at all. That kid is a European with some Asiatic features. There is not impenetrable wall separating Europe from Asia. Over many thousands of years DNA has been transferred between those populations in a small amount. Sometimes Europeans are born with some Asiatic features. The same thing happens in Africa sometimes black parents have a white baby, rare but it still happens.

Also this scenario does not deal with the true long term problem that would be lurking in the background. Nuclear Reactors... Eventually the reactor cores would structurally fail. Leading to a massive releases of radiation contamination over vast areas. So 80 to 200 years after the collapse these reactors would kill off any surviving civilization.
