  • Don't Worry. Without us Sopranos would just sound high and whiny. We're the base that makes them great ; )

  • @yogichu I am a soprano, and I thank you for that! ;)

  • what i love most about this version of "the alto's lament" is that you don't pause to hit the high C. i don't care about close up or shining lighting in this song if they don't execute it the way you did. Bravo! Bravo!

  • I love your version of this and you made some awesome acting choices with it! lovely voice too!

  • Oh please, I'm a Soprano. & I adore this. xD

  • ...7 Sopranos watched this and disliked...Alto power(: You're a great alto!!

  • Your mezzo/ belt voice has a lovely quality to it. Just wanted to let you know. :-)

  • @xXxFF4everxXx Also i often listen to her voice and I have a feeling that Simone Simmons is singing with only a quarter half of her voice. I highly believe that she has a much bigger voice, but then again it depends on her vocal technique. Anyways I really did enjoy her performance in Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, thank you very much for sharing!

  • @xXxFF4everxXx Ah yes very nice I know Simone Simmons and i like her voice but sometimes I think she's not really a mezzo because even though she has a dark timbre but also very rich, she has more soprano quality. I don't know and I guess I'll never know obviously, but i say this because the same thing happens with me, I sound like a mezzo but i'm not a mezzo and i could say that Simone is the same case more or less. Also it depends on the fach of her voice.

  • @KonichiwaGigi @KonichiwaGigi yea yeah i know she's a soprano but anyways... I watched sara migardo and i'm really impressed... but talking about pergolesi's stabat mater, I personally prefer Simone Simons (mezzo-soprano) singing it... if you wouldn't mind, watch Epica - The Classical Conspiracy - Stabat Mater Dolorosa and tell me what u think about her! oh and, she's the red head
