  • Another little known fact: The lead guitarist was a very young George Benson...

  • @guitarpop Yeah you're right, at :30 the guitar does sound like from "Love Is Strange".

  • Love this Song! Heard it on Rush this Morning...........reminds me of roller skating at the rink!

  • Definitely one of the most classic roller rink tunes of all time.....

  • doesn't this remind you of skateing arenas. who played the drums on this song?

  • RIP Jimmy Castor, passed from this world January 16, 2012. That's him on the sax solo @1:39!

  • The Cha Cha Cha - Bobby Rydell and this Dave 'Baby' Cortez - Rinky Dink

enjoyed success at the same time...Frankly I don't mind a great deal ...They are both brilliant and the Dennis Potter were based on sounds of this period they don't claim to be originators in any way so I am just going to enjoy their beautiful sounds...smiles...Anyway who really cares....History is History can't be changed anything important would have been established and the rightful artist would have recognition by now.

  • WOW!!!!!!!......What a sound....It is so brilliant....First time I have heard it.......It does sound like something else though....Who has influenced who?.....Not sure what that other sound is though I will remember it though in a couple of days I am sure!!!....But this is FANTASTIC!!!!

  • notice the begining is fast and then turns slower towards the end

  • Bobby Rydell's "Do the Cha Cha Cha"
