Very very effective.
Scary when you think about it. Your life is fine and dandy and under control, then you hit someone and you have to live with their death on your hands and all your friends knowing.
Not to mention the prison time and loss of job, drivers license etc.
Not worth it. Pay $50 for a taxi.
