@scarred10 How do you know I don't?
-
@TRanceifyable You cant use it to practise techs,a dummy would be used for that if at all.Its not a matter of opinion.its fact.Ive been grappling 15 yrs and work as a sports rehab specialist,the balance and weight thing should be instinctive at your level,thees nothing to be gained from the ball now for you,do strength and conditioning by yourself.

@scarred10 We all have different opinions that's cool, I'm as you say "An advanced player" & compete a lot. I use this to practice my techniques when I have no humans around me. 30 minutes is enough.
The dynamic balance and weight distribution throughout is a good training tool. Cheers

@yearightnignog bjj guys dont hit back either,its for grapplers.

@OffspringFTW65 buy one thats antiburst and will take alot of weight(its written on it),youll pay a bit more but its safer.
-
@TRanceifyable its not about improving tech because it will be different to how youd do anything on a human,its about dynamic balance and body awareness on an unstable base.It wont benefit advanced players much apart from a warm up

Yeah this is great, Its about improving your technique and getting your hip movement correct. The people here complaining and winging have no idea.
Of course the ball won't hit back, This is about practicing technique. Body mechanics.
