Thanks! Hillbillies have to have fun even stuck this far north. I know you have some type of Jerk seasoning around. You should try it on Sweet Potatoes. It is one of my new favorite things. I bet you could even use a wet jamaican seasoning like the Walkers Wood or Major Brown. I am pretty sure I saw you with a bottle of the Walkers Wood recently.
