sorry about you loss but your friend made a lot of bad health decisions and he was not abandoned county health is pretty good but you have to be broke to get it. the safety net is there put in place a long time ago it just needs the holes fixed
look friend, people die every day some sooner some latter my best friend lost two of his little children to sensless accidents . honor your friend, move on with your life.....

really, you have no understanding of the debate that is going on. the simple fact is that best thing we can do to make thing better is to have a single payer system and just remove the profit from it, so that the people who are sick and the people who want to help can with out money in the way. but really that will never happen do to thinking like yours.
