  • South Pacific County Technical Rescue, Inc. is a all volunteer non profit rescue company. They perform the water rescues.

Pacific County Fire District #1 is a county fire district. They provide medical aid, transport and fire services.

Both these agencies work together closely but are separate. Most of our members are also fire district members.

  • When we engage our world we make a choice that affects people we may never get the chance to meet, such is the scope of our actions and our our choices. The outcome is so critically important. This video is an inspiring look at people who chose to act, and in so doing did so in a very effective manner. I am very grateful to see them honored by the community.

  • @davidfpuu Very wise words. It is important 'to step forward'. These are the results of a few who are being recognized. Many who do are unknown and unheard of. Today we shall honor these on behalf of the whole. The Life You Save May Be Your Own-K38

  • We are very proud of anyone and every public safety agency who uses Personal Water Craft / Rescue Water Craft for patrols, rescue and enforcement of laws and environmental surveillance. These awards stand out for not ontly the bravery of the individuals involved, but for our entire RWC community. These unique small powered boats have revolutionized lifesaving acoss the globe and we are proud to honor those who understand and are committed to preventing death and putting thier life on the line.
