1. Too much pacing. Practice staying in the same spot. Use purposeful movements, because your movements are really distracting.
2. Slow down. Practice the speech at various speech to free you up so that the excitement of the contest doesn't speed you up.
3. Pause. After a major thought, just give a 1 or 2 second pause. I can tell that you wanted to run over your laughs too. Practice pausing at the end of paragraphs/points.
I like the movements, as they add activity to the words. Agree with points 2 and 3.

You speak too fast and your pronunciation is sometimes hard to understand. Otherwise it's a great performance!
