Part 1 Atlas / Bud at Detroit 2006

The restored '82 Atlas Van Lines and '80 Griffon Miss Budweiser at the 2006 Gold Cup in Detroit MI. The boats ran exhibitions over the three day event. Chip Hanauer drove the Atlas on the same course he won his first Gold Cup in the same boat in 1982. David Williams drove the Miss Budweiser as well as Ken Muscatel's U-25. The Atlas is owned by John Goodman of Seattle and the Bud is owned by Eric Mann. Both boats were restored by the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum in Kent, WA.
