Presenting soniNeko, my hack of Sonic 1

After all those glitch videos I decided to try some hacking. This is nothing special, of course, as I'm not very good when it comes to hacking. If you want to play some good hacks you should check Megamix or Sonic 1 Remastered instead.

This is what I did:
■ replaced all the songs in the game with a tool I created;
■ changed some palettes (aka the colors) with Stealth's SonED;
■ a few other changes (like the levels' names) with Esrael Sonic Editor;
■ some edits to the source code, in Notepad, thanks to Puto.

In this video I show a couple of levels.

Update as december 26th: I also added the Spin Dash, thanks to Puto. The speed limit may be a bit too high, but it's all fun!

You can find on the Sonic Retro forum, I can't write the url address because Youtube is gay and would filter it, but a quick Google for Sonic Retro will do the trick. Please note that you will still need to know something about Genesis hacking to use it, anyway.
