Jen Mullis, BIS - improving quality, inspection and continuous improvement in FE

Jen Mullis, BIS is the person responsible for driving quality and inspection in Further Education.

Jen brings a message to all providers that they must take responsibilty for their quality of training provision. Jen explains that BIS are tackling under performance, robustly and quickly - as they are concerned that learners and employers receive the best quality training and learning possible.
