The Nalpha Portal Plus is a prototype immersive display system created by 4th Wall Technologies. The hemispheric design provides an ultra wide FOV to completely engulf the user in the virtual environment. A markerless head tracking algorithm is used to mimic the users head motions inside the virtual world and a pressure sensitive pad is used to track their footsteps.
