Blk 410 Sims Avenue Residental HDB - BNF Home Elevator

Recently the Lift Upgrading Program (LUP) has seen the entry of several new players. While most of them conform to the existing specifications that the big builders use, others have their own unique style.

This newly-built elevator by BNF is the true private-residential design. It uses a double-sliding door (which almost never appear on new designs), non-standard floor display and has a pretty simple design. They are meant for low-rise blocks that have a very-low inhabitant per elevator (as little as just 6 units!) Looking from the outside with its doors open, you'd mistaken it to have come from the 90s!
