@y2blas When you hit the rocks you shut off the engine or at least back the throttle to neutral. These boats have a metal grate that screens the bigger rock before they reach the impeller. The grate fill up and there is a plunger on the back that you kick to clear the rocks. But some rock get threw and you have to replace the impeller and sleeve from time to time
