@JohnNash82 And I can't understand what are you talking about that Latvians are "new people" hahaha Baltic and Finnic tribes (Tribes which made Latvian nation) live in Latvia from prehistoric times. However Germanic (German and Swedish) rules in Latvia are first and very long so Latvians with some Germanic ancestry are also real Latvians. Slavic ancestry make non-Latvian, it's new.

@JohnNash82 Hahaha OMG... This is one of the biggest nonsense what I ever seen. First- most of time Latvia was under German rules (Teutonic Knight, Brothers of Sword etc.). In 1935 there was 10% Russians (and almost no Ukrainians or Belarusians), today Russians/Ukrainians and Belarusians are 34%+ 2% others. Most of these people (except 10%) were settled in USSR times. They should be GO OUT from Latvia.

@juhamatti5 what are you talking about:) Russian, german, pole, belorussians people lived in place where now is Latvia for centuries. It was part of Russian Empire for many centuries. "Latvians" is a new people who came from Lithuania. They just immigrants. Latvian language is only 200 years old. And it's just modified lithuanian language.

-Baltic (Latvian) ancestry.

-All of ancestors living in Latvia in 1918r.

-Speaking in Latvian in home and family ,thinking in Latvian.

-Latvian (Baltic), German or Swedish surname and Latvian name. (V. Dombrovskis isn't Latvian for me, he is only a mix.)

-From Lutheran or Catholic family.

REST PEOPLE OF LATVIA ARE ONLY EMIGRANTS and these of them which haven't all ancestors living in Latvia in 1918 MUST GET OUT FROM LATVIA!
