  • I share and understand lynch's sensibility to color. texture and light - particularly darkness and shadows within factorys and industrial slums. Thanks for posting this.

  • @HungerCultFilms , no problem.

  • AMAZING! What a find this documentary is!

  • @moseva, you have great taste! as a matter of fact, i'm going to watch it again later today!

  • @Markfly

Inland empire is my favourite film of all time. Thank God I am not the only one!

  • @psynno1, yes Lynch would be the best to hang out with. Some people think he's creepy, but not me. He's a gentle guy with the ability to go places that most people wouldn't dare go.

I own Lynch One and love it very much. INLAND EMPIRE is my favourite film. Theres supposed to be 2 more documentaries coming out as well, soon I hope.

  • @Markfly Cheers. He seems a likeable bloke. Reminds me of the joy of creativity. Very inspiring to hear him... I saw Lynch One, the doc about making Inland Empire which was fascinating too...

  • @psynno1, you got it. And, you're more than welcome. I've been meaning to post this for a long time and finally got around to doing it. I love his "Duck" theory. It's so awesome. :)

  • Thanks for putting this up. It always amazes me that interviewers ask questions like, why the severed ear? Why is there darkness in so many shots, etc. Lynch always looks frustrated with these questions and I don't blame him...How should Lynch know why he makes these decisions. It says more about unimaginative people's desire to deconstruct anything they think is uncanny or irrational. As Lynch keeps saying, words cannot explain everything.
