they seem to be very happy,

@kevn101 - They are not being treated well. Elephants are huge animals and need huge spaces to live in. Letting them walk around a zoo once a week for exercise isn't even close to that. It is unnatural.

Elephants do no walk trunk to tail in the wild. Nor are they followed by humans with ugly bullhooks. It's not necessary. Walking 2.5 miles a day for an elephant is nothing. This is not enrichment. This is captivity, plain and simple, for humans' benefit, certainly not the elephants'

It's embarrassed a little bit when taking a leak?

Notice the bull hook in this man's hands? These elephants are trained by the pain inflicted by bull hooks. Elephants can roam up to 50 miles per day but these elephants get a 2.5 mile walk once a day for exercise? Elephants do not naturally hold on to each others tails as they walk. Only in the abusive environment of animal entertainment will an elephant walk this way. SUPPORT ANIMAL FREE ENTERTAINMENT!

well it is too bad these zookeepers just can't let them roam and around and let them have some friggin FREEDOM TO JUST BE ELEPHANTS...what a shame.....it hurts my heart to see these zookeepers carrying that sharp ankus and herding them like sheep.....what a crying shame..........and making them hold each other's tail...they don't do that in the wild.............

I commend you Lee, for being brave enough and confidant enough to take them for a walk! You all must love them dearly and they must love you too, to obey you instead of running away. Thank you so much for this video!
